Custom travel itineraries (including the Trip Starter, Essentials, and Premium tiers), city playbook PDFs, and conference/hotel travel-experience products. Conference and hotel engagements are quoted per project and governed by their own written agreements, which take precedence over these terms where they conflict.
All prices are in U.S. dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider, which acts as the merchant of record. We never see or store your card details.
Digital products (itineraries and playbooks) are delivered by email to the address you provide at checkout, within the delivery timeframe stated at checkout. Make sure your email address is correct, and check spam if something seems missing.
Give us accurate trip details (dates, destination, budget, vibe). Itineraries and playbooks are licensed for your personal use only, please don't resell or redistribute them.
Our picks are recommendations, not bookings. Restaurant hours, prices, availability, and attractions change, verify anything time-critical before you go. We're not liable for supplier changes, closures, weather, or travel disruptions. Where we handle bookings for you, the supplier's own terms apply.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
We may update these terms; the version live on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
