What we collect

Only what we need to run the service:

• Contact details, your name and email address when you buy something or ask to be notified about new city guides.
• Trip details, the dates, destination, budget, and vibe you share so we can build your itinerary.
• Order information, handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card numbers.

How we use it

To deliver your itinerary or playbook, to respond to your messages, and, only if you asked, to email you when new city guides drop. That's it.

What we don't do

We don't sell your information. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't run advertising trackers on this site.

Who else sees it

Our payment provider processes your transaction under their own privacy policy. Otherwise, your details stay with us unless we're legally required to disclose them.

Email

Every marketing email includes a way to opt out. Order and delivery emails aren't marketing, they're how your product reaches you.
